  • Ask yourself, "What are the symptoms?  Where do I feel this in my body?  What is that part of my body trying to tell me?"
  • We need to pull out the weeds in our mental garden so we can plant new beliefs
  • Why just repeating positive affirmations isn't enough
  • Let's declutter our minds
  • Core self worth issues: I'm not good enough
  • How improving our mental and emotional health improves our physical health
