Linda's Corner - Reuniting Joseph and Hyrum
Two brothers named Joseph and Hyrum Smith were martyred in Carthage Jail in 1844. The widows of the two brothers moved far apart and their descendants have become estranged. In recent years efforts have been made to reunite these families. Today's episode includes special guests John and Gwen Smith who share a life changing experience for them and their distant cousin, Bob Smith. John is a descendant of Hyrum Smith and Bob is a descendant of Joseph Smith. They met and made a connection that changed both of their lives. This episode is intended particularly for members of my faith, which is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, but anyone is welcome to listen.
