 Phil Barth suffered a heart attack in 2015, and after his surgery the doctor told him to manage his stress or get ready for a bigger heart attack.  As part of his recovery he began  a daily gratitude practice on Facebook called: Great things that happened today, and that led to his best selling book "Great Things Happen Every Day - Finding Joy with Family, Friends and Banana Milkshakes."
